We are a small farm located in the beautiful mountains of
New Hampshire in a town called Lancaster. We
have a small flock of Registered Icelandic sheep who we
shear twice a year. Their wool is processed into rovings and
yarn, some is blended with Mohair and Llama for our
"North Country Blend". Our Icelandic sheep come in a
variety of colors , their wool is left in natural shades of
grays, browns and black. We have a few Corriedale sheep
who produce a nice wool, theirs is dyed into some beautiful
colored yarn and rovings.
We have a herd of Registered Myotonic Goats,
aka....Fainting Goats, Angora Goats and Llamas . We make
milk soaps, grow and sell produce and fresh eggs at the farm.
Our plans are to open "The Woolie Goat "a shop selling our
fibers, yarns and other items made here on the farm. Watch
for the opening online.
Our farm is home to a team of pulling ponies that retired
with us, a Miniature horse, a Haflinger and three Paints,
along with our Chinook Dogs and Alaskan Huskies, all retired
sled dogs, a Border Collie x Aussie, cats and hens.
